Refund Policy

- Any Product that is not received within 3 weeks of Shipping Date is eligible for refund based under "Design's by Cindy" discretion.

- Any product severely damaged in transit (with proof of damage sent to business email) is eligible under Shipping Policy for refund or a new, undamaged, item shipped out within 72 hours of "Design's by Cindy" approval of request.

- Any order that was placed and needed to be reached out from Designs by Cindy due to Color or Design being Out of Stock or Unavailable is eligible for Refund or a replacement with a new color and/or design, and if product is available. All under Designs by Cindy discretion.
